Our Process
01.
Consulation
Prior to your session, I want to give us an opportunity to connect. Let me hear your ideas, and what's important to you! I want to understand how I can better serve you, and wow you with the results! We can meet in person at a coffee shop, chat over the phone or zoom, whichever you prefer!
02.
Confirmation
After the consultation, you will receive an email with confirmation of your photo session. It will contain all pertaining details to your session, however, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! I want you to feel prepared and know what to expect from your experience!
03.
Photo Session
The day of the photo session, we will meet at the agreed place and time. Allow the magic to unfold! I want to tell your story through the art of photography. Be authentic self, and let's have fun! I aim to capture candid shots, but there will be some posed photos too! Don't worry, I'll guide you through the whole process, and make you feel comfortable to be in front of the camera!
04.
Final Results
A few days after the session you will receive 1-3 sneak peeks from your session to get you excited! The processing time is 2-3 weeks. Your photos will be handpicked, and edited in accordance with my artistic preferences and style. Once it's done, you will receive a link to your private password protected gallery, where you can view your photos, and order prints!
FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Each package can be customized to meet your individual needs. Depending on the package which you select it may be 5 to 30 digital images, with a print release. Feel free to explore your add-on options to enhance your package! In addition, you have access to a shop via your gallery, and can easily order prints and/or cards of your favorite photos!
How should we dress for our family session?
It depends on what you want to accomplish! If you want to capture your unique, authentic style or celebrate your culture - dress to impress! If you're aiming for a softer, timeless looks - neutrals is your go-to! Every session includes a complimentary styling guide, which will help you decide on your wardrobe! If still unsure, reach out to me! We will figure it out together!
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Absolutely! I am here to support you, and meet all of your needs, when it comes to creating beautiful images of your family. With a gentle guidance and fun prompts I will help you to feel more at ease in front of camera. You will forget that I'm even there! We will capture authentic, raw moments, as well as some posed shots.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Newborn lifestyle sessions are held in the comfort of your home, or outdoors. I will travel to your location with all the necessary equipment and some minimal props to achieve memorable images of your growing family. Best time to have a session with a newborn is between 7-14 days old. However don't wait to schedule, as availability may be limited!
Which areas do you serve?
We are located in Somerset, NJ, and provide services to Central Jersey area within 25 miles of Somerset. If traveling beyond the 25 miles is required, a small travel fee will be added to your invoice.
